At Mix Masters Events, we work with schools across Surrey, London and the South East to deliver professional, well-run prom events. Our role is simple: make the night feel special for students, while keeping the organisation clear and manageable for staff and parents.
We regularly support proms held in school halls, marquees, hotels and private venues, adapting our setup to suit each space.

What we provide
Every school and venue is different, so we tailor our support to what you need. Typical services include:
DJs & Music
Professional DJs experienced with school events, appropriate playlists, clear announcements and full sound setup. We manage the technical side so the evening runs smoothly.
Dance Floors
A defined dance floor helps shape the space and gives the night structure. We offer a range of sizes and finishes to suit different venues.
Lighting & Effects
Uplighting and party lighting that lifts the room without feeling excessive. Enough atmosphere to feel like a prom, not a nightclub.
Mobile Bars (Where Appropriate)
For sixth-form or adult-attended events, we can supply staffed mobile bars for soft drinks or alcohol where permitted. Licensing, ID checks and policies are agreed in advance.
Event Staffing & Support
Experienced staff on hand for setup, guest flow and general support throughout the evening.
Marquees
Where required, we provide marquee structures and interiors suitable for formal school events.
